Sponsor Spotlight #10 ~ Unity Stamp Co

So, last but certainly not least is Unity Stamp Co. They are also sponsoring one of our challenges on Feb 28th. And if you've been to my blog before, you know how I love Unity.

Unity offers deep etched red rubber stamps that are either unmounted in sets or wood slide mounted in singles. They stamp really clean and beautiful images. The images are super cute and fun. People have called Unity trendy and I think they are right. Unity is on the edge of what is hot right now. They have lots of new releases, lots of amazing artists, and great customer service. The customer service is really what drew me in. Angela, the owner, is as sweet as people get. And she surrounds herself in wonderful people. I always feel special and cherished as a customer when I talk to the Unity crew.

Come back on Feb 28th to see the amazing Unity prize we have in store for you! And I'll be back later on today with a Unity card to share.

Sponsor Spotlight #8 - The Greeting Farm

I'm sure you've all heard of The Greeting Farm (formerly Pink Poison) by now. Marie (the owner) is an amazing artist and crafter. She's also super cute even though we all thought she was a little pink bunny at first. :)

The Greeting Farm just took off this last year and I think it's because Marie has an amazing knack for picking talent. She has the most amazing design team and they really spread the word about this awesome company. I think the most famous person though is Anya, she even has her own fan club! Anya and her adorable boyfriend Ian are just the beginning of all the cuteness that The Greeting Farm has. They have adorable stamp sets with animals, different characters, nature, and quotes.

All the images are fun to color and make cards out of! I just love them! I'm sure you've seen a few Greeting Farm cards right here on my blog. I am super excited to have them on as one of our amazing sponsors! Marie was EXTREMELY generous with her prize, I wish I could win! Come back on Feb 28th to see what you can win!

Sponsor Spotlight #7 - Two Scoops of Rice Designs

I've been absolutely in love with Two Scoops of Rice Designs for the longest time. I was so happy when Renae agreed to be one of our sponsors for our Hop with the EtsyInspired Eight.

The big thing that drew me in is the Japanese Kawaii (meaning cute) style of the art. I LOVE Kawaii! Anything cute and happy sits well with me. I borrowed this image from Renae's blog to show you, I hope she doesn't get mad. It's a Vietnamese Pho bowl! I am Vietnamese and I've barely seen any Vietnamese stamps so I was super excited about this! There are a lot of really fun food stamps offered, fabulous ethnic food like fried rice, mochi, etc... Two Scoops of Rice Designs also has animals, little geisha dolls, a new line of fairies, and a brand new set of Mardi Gras stamps. So fun!

I'm just over the moon about this company and I hope you'll check it out and love it as much as I do! And come back on Feb 28th and see what they'll be giving away!

Sponsor Spotlight #6 - Timeless Paper Arts

My friend Kalla is the owner of an online scrapbook store called Timeless Paper Arts. I met her on Etsy where she has an amazing store full of her very own creations. You can tell by her creations, she really knows what she's doing as a paper crafter. That's one of the reasons I like her online store so much, I really trust her judgement and know that she picks beautiful things to sell.

The Timeless Paper Arts online shop has a great assortment of items at really good prices. She has everything from gorgeous paper lines like Cherry Arte, Dream Street, Bo Bunny, etc... She sells lots of mini albums and items to alter. And I love her assortment of embellishments! This is the only place where I've been able to find Kaiser Craft flowers (which I prefer over Primas), a bunch of Doodlebug accessories, and rain dots! You should check out her amazing assortment of items!

For our special Feb 28th event, Kalla is giving us a special code for my amazing readers:
$5 off orders of $25 or more [before shipping]
Coupon Code- HRTHUGS
valid Feb. 21-Mar. 21, 2009
US residents only

Come back on Feb 28th to see the awesome prize Kalla is giving away for one of the challenges!

Sponsor Spotlight #5 - Rubber Romance

I first heard about Rubber Romance on Etsy when I was doing a search for rubber stamps.  Like I've said before, I do a lot of supply shopping on Etsy.  I absolutely fell in love with these stamps from the second I saw them!  However, after I used them, I fell even more in love.

My favorite from Rubber Romance are the Divas.  They are so sassy and fashionable!  I love them!  But that's not the only reason.  You see, I'm not great at coloring.  I find that I'm mediocre at it, probably coloring as well as a elementary school student.  But with Rubber Romance stamps, the shading is already built in!  So, I can color with my normal technique but it looks really nice since the shading and details are already built into the stamps!

If you go to the Rubber Romance website, you can find a huge variety of stamps!  You can find everything from background stamps, simple shapes, flowers, etc...  But don't forget to check out those Divas, they are awesome!  And come back on Feb 28th to see what Rubber Romance will be giving away as a challenge prize!!

Sponsor Spotlight #4 - Lovely Supplies

****Second post for today, please scroll down****

I'll let you all in on a secret, I LOVE buying supplies from Etsy!  And I thought since today is the day of the EtsyInspired challenge (see below), I would feature a sponsor from Etsy.

One of our amazing sponsors for our Feb 28th event is Lovely Supplies.  And let me tell you, the name doesn't lie!  She has some lovely supplies for GREAT prices!  Everything for chipboard alphas (my favorite!) to glitter to paper to stamp pads, Justine carries everything!  One of the reasons I love to buy things on Etsy is that I find things that are unique and not like everyone else has.  So, I can make cards that are different from everyone else's cards.

This shop is super affordable!  I can't believe the amazing deals!  And since it's based out of Canada, there are a lot of items I've never seen before!  Go check out it!  Also, come back on Feb 28th to see the AMAZING prize that Lovely Supplies donated to our event!

Sponsor Spotlight #3 - Odd Bird Planet

So, I'm sure you all know of Miss Just Johanna!  She's amazing!  Did you know that she's a fan of the EtsyInspired Challenge?  I almost passed out when I heard that.

Anyhow, I will try to keep this short and sweet since I know I tend to get a little wordy sometimes.  Odd Bird Planet has the funkiest, freshest, and most fun stamps.  There style is extremely distinctive.  They are quirky, which is awesome.  The images can be colored or paper pieced and I've seen some really amazing scenes made with the OBP stamps.

Odd Bird Planet stamps are red rubber mounted on wood blocks to give easy stamping and a nice crisp image.  I should mention that Odd Bird Planet has the BEST font for their sentiment stamps.  People are constantly commenting on how cute the font is and I 100% agree.  I think it might be the cutest one I've seen!

I borrowed a card from DT member Tiffany's blog so you can see for yourself just how cute the Odd Bird Planet stamps are and how you can make an awesome scene with them.

Come check out our event on Feb 28th and see what amazing prizes Odd Bird Planet has in store for you!

Sponsor Spotlight #2 - ShortCuts

Another one of our sponsors for our amazing Hop with the EtsyInspired 8 on Feb 28th, is ShortCuts. The owner, Alicia, has offered a GENEROUS prize to the winner of someone's challenge on Feb 28th.

Now, I heard about ShortCuts through EtsyInspired DT member, Joy Stagg. She also designs for ShortCuts. ShortCuts are just what it sounds like! They have amazing clear and frosted card bases already made and ready to ship to you so us busy paper crafters can spend our time decorating instead of trying to figure out how to cut through vinyl and get a nice fold on that. If you are anything like me, that's why you've shied away from the amazing clear cards. I'm just afraid it will look sloppy with my cheapy paper cutter and my sad attempts at folding. But ShortCuts takes care of all that for me! YAY! But they also have full sheets for you adventurous types who want to try your hand at cutting custom card bases.

The vinyl card bases are sturdy and affordable. If you've ever tried to buy them buy the sheet at your LSS you know how pricey they can be. But ShortCuts has great prices! Also, these sheets are FINGERPRINT PROOF! YAY! Clear cards are so impressive looking, anyone would be wowed that you actually made the card yourself.

On the ShortCuts site, they also have awesome gift card holders. Now, this is another area I've shied away from since I don't particularly love all the measuring and scoring. I'm just not that person and I don't have the time. I find it frustrating to have to do things over and over again to try to get it right. Again, ShortCuts comes to the rescue. These gift card holders are pre cut and scored for you. Not even I could mess that up. I just get to do my FAVORITE part which is decorating. So, you can turn a boring store bought gift card into something very personal and creative with one of these holders.

A little Joy told me that if you go to the ShortCuts blog, there are monthly giveaways! There are links to all the awesome tutorials that the DT has made with these amazing products. There are great tips on how to use the products. Not to mention all the EYE CANDY! My goodness, that blog is amazingly full of breath taking projects! Did I mention that Alicia is also responsible for the awesome Sheetload of Cards that I blogged about earlier this week? How did I not put that together sooner?

Check back on Feb 28th if you want that chance to win a HUGE prize pack from ShortCuts for playing along with our challenge blog hop! Also, if you can't wait until the 28th to get your hands on ShortCuts, check out Joy's blog for a COUPON!

Sponsor Spotlight #1 - Paper Makeup Stamps

I'm sure you all remember our amazing December guest designer team member Katie Cotton. Well, Katie has launched her very own stamp company, Paper Makeup Stamps! (You go girl!) And being the sweetheart Katie is, she is sponsoring a challenge for us on Feb 28th!

Now, I have no idea when Katie has time to go to the bathroom much less start her own company. She has a toddler and an infant. She is a makeup artist and does makeup for weddings. She crafts up a storm of cards. AND now, she's launched her own line.

There are so many adorable images to choose from on the Paper Makeup website! She has CUTE animals, adorable fairies, inspiring quotes, and super fun monsters. Her stamps are red rubber (which I LOVE since they are great quality and produce a great image.) You can get them on EZ Mount or as bare rubber which makes storing them a breeze.

One thing I really love about Paper Makeup is the price! You can get a set for $10 and under! These are sets with images and sentiments! Talk about bang for your buck! She also had singles at a great price. Be sure to check out the quotes she has! Katie has made each of her quotes in two sizes. The large size is perfect if you want to use the quote as the main stamp on your card and the smaller one is awesome if you'd like to use it along with an image.

Paper Makeup Stamps are awesome if you love to color! They have wonderful outline stamps that you can add even more personality and style too with your favorite coloring techniques. Check out the Paper Makeup blog for lots of fun ideas on how to color these images and inspiration. While you are over there, check out her weekly challenges! You can win an amazing prize, one new release of your choice. (I've made a card for this that I'll share later.)

Speaking of winning, don't forget to check out our Hop With The EtsyInspired 8 on Feb 28th, 9am to 6pm Pacific Time. Paper Makeup will be sponsoring a challenge and there will be a FABULOUS prize for the winner! See you there!

PS On a personal note, my internet is down until Friday. I am currently at a Starbucks but this will probably be the only time I make it here. I'll be back to regular blogging, leaving comments, chatting, and returning emails on Friday!
